Villas R Russ S.L. is a family-run company on the Costa Blanca, offering villas and apartments for sale or rent (long or short term) in the areas of El Albir, La Nucia, Alfaz del Pi, La Cala de Finestrat and Benidorm.

We first started working on the Costa Blanca in 1985 but then returned to the UK to run our own building company there for 17 years, holidaying here. Since we so loved this area we decided to sell our UK business and return to the Costa Blanca to start a new life and business here.
